Site Acquisition Manager: 

DSW region Verizon account. Responsibilities include managing SAQ, Zoning, and A&E for AWS/PCS upgrades. Work closely with Verizon RF and Construction Managers in resolving issues including RE, structural, and zoning. Responsible for POR/PO/Billing for account. 

 

AT&T/MYCOM North America                            2011-2014  Project Manager/Site Acquisition Manager:

AT&T Western Turf (LA, DSW, and RMR) projects including NSB, LTE, UMTS, Fiber, and generators. Managed team composed of construction and site acquisition employees and contractors. Responsible for implementing AT&T Turf projects on time and on budget, in coordination with AT&T project managers and RF engineers.

LightSquared/BCI Communications, Inc. (Arizona)                2010-2011 Project Director:

AZ market for LightSquared Project. Turf market lead responsible for project management, site acquisition, and construction of initial market infrastructure deployment. Managed project and office staffing, project coordination, AR/AP, project proforma and budget analysis and reporting, site acquisition, zoning, and construction. Also responsible for Vendor/3rd Party contracting and performance evaluation.

 

T-Mobile/Kineticom (AZ)                              2009-2010 Real Estate Manager:

Contracted with carrier to manage real estate for market fiber. Worked with landlords, jurisdictions, state agencies, contractors and fiber providers to manage entitlements for underground utilities and support equipment.   

 

Richland Towers (Nationwide)                   2005-2009 Project Manager:

Contracted for site acquisition and tower development for nationwide Broadcast Tower Company, recently sold to ATC. Assembled and managed teams in markets for new guyed tower construction and enhancements to existing towers, all within the top 40 broadcast markets nationwide. 

 

AWRE (AZ, CA, MD, MO, VA, WV, OK, and KY)                              2004-2005 Site Acquisition Manager:                                                                                                                

Clients include wireless carriers, broadcast tower companies, and Motorola distributors. Project included PCS, broadcast tower deployment, and emergency services site builds.

 

Communication Services, Inc. (Nationwide)                            2002-2004 Site Acquisition Manager:

Turnkey tower development company including A&E services. Clients included regional and national wireless carriers, Motorola, General Dynamics R-21, municipalities, and tower companies.

 

Edge Wireless/AT&T Mobility (CA, OR, ID, and WY)                             2000-2002 Deployment Project Manager: 

Launch build of TDMA system including base stations, MW backhaul, POP’s, and switch. Rural build out required extensive road and power construction. Managed staff of 70 professionals which included employees and acquisition, entitlement, and construction contractors.

 

Metricom/Ricochet (AZ)                                 1999-2000

Market Manager:

Metricom broadband launch build of Phoenix MTA. Responsible for contractor oversight, A&E contracts and management, base station development and construction, government relations, bulk power and ROW attachment agreements for microcellular radios.

 

Nextel (DSW)        1998-1999

Real Estate Specialist:

Responsible for SAQ and Entitlements for difficult infill sites. Assisted with MLA negotiations with local power companies.

 

Salt River Project Power and Water/SRP (AZ)     1996-1998

Real Estate Specialist:

Land agent assigned to assist development of wireless department. Advised on land rights regarding wireless facilities attachments within SRP easements. Provided land rights research to legal team negotiating SRP land rights with ADOT for major highway projects.
